In one of my roles, I supported 130 users across 13 states. I have successfully implemented AutoPilot systems and Intune for laptop deployment and updates. I established IT procedures and guided the company through BYOD scenarios. Adhering to the Zero Trust Security model, I restricted resource access and Administrator roles, prevented unvetted application installations, and ensured all users were on VPN to monitor traffic and mitigate malware threats. I also researched, procured, and deployed Watchguard Endpoint Protection Detection and Response software to manage internet restrictions, antivirus governance, and patch installations for PCs.
